VES reward for the best thesis

At the last New Year's reception of the Vereniging van Economisten in Suriname (VES) on January 23, Raj Paltantewari, MBA graduate of the FHR Lim A Po Institute for Higher Education, was chosen as the winner of the best thesis for 2018. The VES annually award this prize to the best thesis writer at master level.

Trustbank Amanah sponsored the prize of $1000, = on the 2nd consecutive year. With this, the bank supports the importance of education, whereby a contribution is made to personal and social development. The best thesis has the title: "The motivational factors that influence youths to venture into entrepreneurship in a government-oriented business environment".

The symbolic check was handed over on the evening of the reception by Trustbank Amanah CEO mrs. Maureen Badjoeri. On Monday, February 18, Paltantewari received the official prize and also the Trustbank Amanah debit card from CCO Mr. Rick Soedamah. We congratulate Raj Paltantewari and wish him success in his further career.
